6. After the head spa treatment, you can use the Dyson hair dryer and styling tools to dry and style your hair yourself.

7. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may not be eligible for a refund. Please check the cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation.

10. Body Scrub Information: 

-  Male guests will be treated by male therapists.

- Couple rooms are available upon request. However, when using a couple room, only the bathing session (approximately 20 minutes) will be shared together. The remaining treatment sessions will be provided separately in individual private rooms.
