3. Traditional Korean body scrub treatments are performed by a therapist of the same gender.

4. All treatment rooms are operated as private rooms.

5. If you are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery, have a skin condition, or have any special health concerns, please consult with us before booking.

6. After the head spa treatment, you can use the Dyson hair dryer and styling tools to dry and style your hair yourself.

7. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may not be eligible for a refund. Please check the cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation.

8. Translation services are available to ensure a comfortable experience for international guests.

10. Body Scrub Information: 

-  Male guests will be treated by male therapists.

- Couple rooms are available upon request. However, when using a couple room, only the bathing session (approximately 20 minutes) will be shared together. The remaining treatment sessions will be provided separately in individual private rooms.
