2. All services operate strictly by reservation, and guests must arrive within the reserved time.

3. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be provided. Refunds or cancellations cannot be provided in such cases.

4. After a reservation is confirmed, sudden changes or cancellations at the shop are not eligible for a refund. 

5. If optional services are added on-site, additional charges must be paid directly at the shop.

6. Only one change of date is permitted.(Changes are possible up to 1 day before the scheduled date.)
