Option Information

1. Jangddeum

This moxibustion treatment is performed on the back while lying face down, using a layer of ginger placed beneath the moxa.

As a traditional Chinese-style moxibustion therapy, it is effective for relieving neck and shoulder muscle tension as well as back and lower back pain. (Duration : 50 minutes) 

 

2. Sokuriddeum

This moxibustion treatment is performed on the abdomen while lying on your back, using a layer of salt placed beneath the moxa.

As a traditional Korean-style moxibustion therapy, it is effective for indigestion, diarrhea, constipation, and menstrual pain. (Duration : 50 minutes) 

 

3. Baekhoeddeum

This moxibustion treatment is performed on the head while sitting upright, with moxa placed on top of a ceramic vessel. As a traditional Japanese-style moxibustion therapy, it is effective for insomnia, depression, eye fatigue, and tinnitus. (Duration : 20 minutes)
