1. After purchasing the pass, please check the voucher sent to your email.
2. You can review your mobile voucher by clicking the mobile link included in the email voucher.

1. Based on the first usage time, you may use the pass for unlimited access during the duration of your selected option. (No repeated use at the same merchant : Once a merchant has been used, it cannot be used again.)
2. Please purchase based on the actual ticket type (Adult / Youth / Child) and the number of users. If the actual user does not match the purchased ticket type, entry will not be permitted. (One ticket per person is required.)

3. Purchased tickets are issued as a single mobile ticket. If you are traveling separately or using the pass individually within a group, please make separate purchases.
4. Each facility can be used at 30-minute intervals per ticket. (For some reservation-required facilities, even if only part of the group uses the facility, all members must wait 30 minutes before the next use. )
5. Available attractions and partner information may change in real time. Please check 'Available Tour Pass Attractions' and each facility's usage information in your mobile ticket before visiting.
6. If you need to change the number of users or ticket type, please request a full refund and repurchase. (※ If any facility has already been used, a full refund may not be possible.)
7. Split usage of a purchased ticket is not allowed. Even in partial use cases, remaining unused users are still subject to the same 30-minute interval rule.
8. For reservation-required facilities, usage is not allowed without prior reservation. (Not available for use once the TourPass validity period has expired, regardless of reservation status.)
9. Operating hours and closing days may change due to venue conditions or weather. Please check with each facility before visiting.
10. Tickets cannot be transferred, resold, or used by another person.
11. Bus tours with guides or drivers, taxi tours, and organized group tours are not eligible for this ticket.
12. This product already includes discounted pricing; additional coupons or welfare discounts cannot be applied.
Q. Can I use all affiliated merchants with a single pass?
A. Within the valid usage time of the purchased ticket, each affiliated attraction can be used once. (One ticket per person is required.)
Q. Can additional charges occur on-site?
A. Additional fees may apply for extra services not included in TourPass benefits or at discounted affiliated merchants.
Q. Can I use it on the same day of purchase?
A. Same-day purchase and same-day use are available. However, depending on data transmission conditions, it may take more than 1 hour to receive the barcode.
Q. Can I use a companion's ticket on their behalf?
A. No. Each facility allows one-time use per person, regardless of age category(Adult/Youth/Child).
ex) Even if 2 adult and 2 child tickets are purchased, unused tickets for adult or child cannot be transferred or used by another person.
Q. What are the ticket age criteria?
A. The ticket applies to users aged 36 months and older.
However, for children under 36 months, free admission or on-site payment may apply depending on each attraction's policy.
Q. Is there a TourPass for discounted groups(local resident discounts, senior discounts, etc.)?
A. No. TourPass already includes discounted pricing, and additional coupons or welfare discounts cannot be applied.
Q. Is a refund possible?
A. Refunds are available only for completely unused tickets when requested through the original purchase channel. (No refunds are allowed once any facility has been used.)
