** Items stored in the baggage storage can be collected up to 1 hour after the performance ends.

- Ticket Pickup Time: After 09:00

- Pickup Instructions :  Please present your *reservation confirmation email(mobile voucher) and a valid ID of person who made the booking* at the designated ticket booth to exchange for a physical ticket.

- AREX  tickets will be sent sequently via email up to three days before the performance.

1. Age restriction : Guests under the age of 15 are strictly prohibited from entering the venue, regardless of whether they are accompanied by a guardian.

2. Seating information : his ticket is for a standing zone (non-designated seating), where guests will watch the performance while standing facing the stage.

3. Reservation Changes & Transfers:  Once the reservation is confirmed, tickets cannot be transferred to another person or reassigned under a different name. (ID verification will be conducted.)

4. This product is exclusively for non-Korean nationals. Korean citizens are not eligible to purchase or use this ticket.

5. Items that may obstruct the view of other guests are not allowed inside the venue. Confiscated items will not be returned.

6. Professional cameras and large recording equipment (e.g., tripods, large lighting equipment, telephoto lenses, equipment bags, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

7. There is no storage service available at the venue. Please do not bring any prohibited items to ensure smooth entry.

8. All forms of photography, video recording, audio recording, and live streaming are strictly prohibited. If caught, all recorded materials will be deleted on-site, and you may be asked to leave the venue without a refund.

9.  Only bottled water is allowed inside the venue. All other food and beverages are prohibited.

10. For the comfort and safety of all guests, items such as glass bottles, fireworks, lasers, bouquets, balloons, and pets may be restricted.

11. Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other guests. Staff may intervene if deemed necessary.

12. Please refrain from distributing items or conducting personal events around the venue.

13. The organizer is not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings. Please keep your valuables secure and bring only essential items.
