1. After purchasing the experience, check your voucher via email/mobile app.

2. On the day of the experience, please arrive at the Coastal Passenger Terminal waiting hall at least 1 hour before departure.

3. Present ID and voucher to complete the boarding procedure.

4. Follow the crew's instructions to board the vessel.

1.Please arrive at the waiting hall at least 1 hour before the departure to ensure a smooth boarding process.

2. Please bring a valid ID (Passport accepted).

3. Please bring your voucher showing the booking confirmation number.

4. Departure may be canceled due to bad weather or insufficient minimum number of passengers. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
