• (Subway line 9) BongEunSa station Exit 7 → COEX Aquarium (basement floor 1) → Enter the venue at the Gate directly ★ closest way ★

• (Subway line 2) Samseong station Exit 5 or 6 → Walk to COEX Mall (10 ~ 15 minutes) → Enter the venue at the Gate directly.

[Notice]

1. Re-entering the Aquarium will not be permitted.

2. Pets are prohibited to enter the Aquarium to protect marine creatures and to maintain the viewing conditions. Also, please note that food and beverage are not permitted. 

3. This ticket if for free travelers, therefore guides will not be allowed to use this ticket.

5. Under 36 months is free. Please bring the age verification documents in advance. 

• Only for those who visit the Aquarium on the very date of reservation, you can get a parking discount of up to a maximum of 4 hours as you parking at the Coex mall public parking lot (4,800 won[KRW]). 

•  How to get a discount : Admission to the Aquarium and please enter the 4 numbers when written on the Car number plate on the parking register machine.

1. Please check the QR code in the email voucher after purchase.

2. Visit the Ticket Booth at Gangnam COEX City Airport Terminal 2F depending on the option you've purchased.

3. Please exchange your voucher for a physical bus ticket depending on the bus time you want at the Ticket Booth.

4. Please get on the bus at the corresponding time with your physical bus ticket.

[COEX City Airport]

• Go straight from Subway line no.2 Samseong Sataion Exit no.5 → Turn right at the Teheran-ro 87gil → After passing Hyundai Department Store, you will see the COEX City Airport on your right

• You can go through Subway line no.2 Samseong Station Exit no.5 COEX Mall Millennium Square. 

[Ticket Exchange Booth]

• Please find the Information Booth inside the Ticket office (Bus Ticket) on the 2nd floor of the City Airport!

[Notice]

1. This is not a seat-designated ticket. Please exchange your voucher for the physical bus ticket at the Ticket Booth and sit in the seat marked on the ticket.

2. Children under 5 years old can board free of charge (Passport required). However, it is free only for one child per person, and for 2 children per person, a ticket for one child must be purchased separately.

3. The interval and schedule may change depending on the traffic situation.

4. If you leave your bus stuff on the bus, please +82-2-551-0754. 

5. Free baggage is 2 pieces per ticket (23kg per ticket), and for the excess, the amount equivalent to the the children's fare per baggage can be charged as the excess baggage fare.

6. Partial use and partial refund are impossible. If there is a change in the number of users, you must cancel and repurchase.

7. If you purchased a departure from COEX, you cannot board at Incheon Airport. Please show the screen or voucher that we can check the option part as below. 

8. Please be sure to observe the boarding time after exchanging your boarding pass. Failure to board at the boarding time listed on the exchanged boarding pass may result in restricted service.
