- Please avoid any skin treatment or facial massage within 7 days before your makeup service (to prevent visible dead skin, bruising, or redness)
- Before visiting, please apply only toner and lotion. If you plan to use sheet mask, please use it the night beofore (not on the same day).
- Please avoid heavy skincare products such as sunscreen, nourishing cream, or eye cream before your makeup appointment. 
- Please note that very short hair may make it difficult to create up-style.
- We recommend bringing reference photos of your preferred hair and makeup style in advance.
- Shampoo service is not available. Please wash your hair on the morning of your reservation and arrive with your hair completely dry.
-Our shop operates on a 100% reservation-only system. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled without a refund, so please make sure to arrive on time.
- If you arrive even slightly late, other customers may be served first, which may result in longer waiting times and a delay in your finishing time.
