2. Check email voucher.

3. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

4. Present your voucher and enjoy your hair service.

1. All services are by reservation only. Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation will be treated as a No-show, and No-refund will be provided.

2. As this salon is popular among local customers, reservations may not be available on your preferred date or time. In such cases, our CS team will contact you via email or messenger.

3. Services are available for all ages, and prices are the same regardless of age. 

4. Additional charges may apply for medium or long hair when receiving design color services (such as bleaching or highlights) or when upgrading care services. 

5. Any additional costs determined after the design consultation should be paid on-site in KRW.
