1. Select your preferred option and book the tour on your desired date.

2. Check mobile or email voucher.

※ Voucher will be sent after the operator confirms your reservation.

3. Visit the location on the day of the experience.

4. Upon entry, your reservation details and passport will be verified before the experience begins.

1. Please be punctual and arrive at the scheduled time.

2. A passport is required for age verification. (Tasting participation is limited to those aged 20 and above.)

3. Only guests aged 20 and above are allowed. Minors and infants are not permitted. (Guests under 20 years old cannot be accompanied.)

4. BYO food is allowed. Only light snacks are available for purchase in-house.

5. Smoking, bringing your own alcohol, or visiting in a heavily intoxicated state is prohibited. 

6. Please avoid loud conversations or interacting with other tables.

7. Guests who are judged to be heavily intoxicated, such as vomiting, may be asked to leave.

8. Entry may be refused if you have been consuming excessive amounts of alcohol before visiting our venue.

9. We are not responsible for any disputes between guests and will not provide compensation or intervention.

10. If you do not arrive within 60 minutes of your reserved time, your reservation may be canceled. In this case, refunds will not be issued.
