4. No refunds will be issued for late arrival or no-shows at the pickup point.

5. The tour will be proceed when the minimum number of participants is met. If not met, we will provide guidance regarding refunds or rescheduling.

6. On the day of departure, the Balwangsan cable car may be suspended due to strong winds or heavy snowfall. Should this occur, alternative destinations will be arranged with safety as the top priority.
