Tickets can be used at atll AQUFIELD lcoations (AQUAFIELD Goyang, Hanam, Anseong) until December 31, 2025. 

Indoor Water Park : Operating 10:00 - 19:00 daily

1. This product is an exclusive performance tour package for foreigners. Admission will be denied if the person entering is not the foreign purchaser themselves. (Non-refundable) 

2. Performance Information Changes: Performance tiems or artist lineups are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances of the organizers or performers. 

3. Seat Allocation : All seats are randomly assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at the venue on the day of the event.

4. Food and Beverage : No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the venue, except bottled water.

5. Ticket Loss or Reissue : Tickets cannot be reissued if lost, stolen, or damaged after receipt. Please keep your ticket safe.

6. ID Verification : All attendees must bring their original passports for smooth ticket collection.

7. The event is open to ages 7 and above. Children under 7 are not permitted to enter, regardless of whether they are accompanied by a parent.

8. Tickets are card-type with an embedded electronic chip. Each person must have one ticket.

9. Required for Ticket Exchange : Passport  and Reservation Voucher (Reservation Number or QR Code)

10. Tickets will be issued after ID verification. Admission will be denied and non-refundable if the attendee is not the foreign purchaser themselves.

11. The organizer is not responsible for any issues caused by late ticket pickup or delayed entry. Please arrive at the venue early to collect your ticket.

12. All attendees are subject to a security inspection before entry.
