1. If your desired date or options are unavailable, Travolution CS team will contact you via email or phone. 
2. Parking is not available inside the building, and nearby parking is limited, so we recommend using public transportation.
3. The waiting area is small, so you can enter the venue starting 5 minutes before your reservation time.
4. The usage time is 60 minutes from the reservation time. If you arrive late, the time will be reduced, and you may not be able to complete all the items within the allotted time, so please arrive on time.
5. Participants must be aged 8 + to participate in this activity.
6. Under high school age(16 years of age) must be accompanied by a guardian.
7. For groups of 3 or more, please contact us separately.
8. The items available for the DIY experience may vary depending on the season.
