1. Please make sure to bring your passport.
2. If your desired reservation date or time is unavailable, our CS team will contact you via email.
3. Cruise departure times may change or be canceled due to vessel circumstances or weather conditions. In such cases, our CS team will notify you by email.
4. All passengers must complete a boarding form and show identification at the ticket booth to receive a paper ticket. (Mobile tickets are not accepted due to ID verification.)
5. Boarding passes must be issued until 5 minutes before departure. Please arrive at the ticket office at least 15 minutes before departure. (Boarding is not allowed without exchanging the boarding pass.)
6. The Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show, a famous Seoul night view attraction, operates only from April to October. It may not operate depending on weather conditions or Seoul city decisions.
7. Electric wheelchairs and electric strollers are not allowed onboard. (Foldable strollers can be brought if folded.)
8. Roads and parking near the area can be very congested on weekends and during the April Spring Flower Festival, so we highly recommend using public transportation. (Reservations cannot be canceled or changed if boarding is missed due to traffic or parking issues.)
9. Please carefully check your reservation date, time, and product, and read all detailed usage instructions. (Directions to Yeouido Deck, ID requirements, Usage instructions, and Cancellation policy)
10. Except for previously announced holidays, cruises operate normally even in rain or snow.
* Cruises will be suspended when a notice is issued by the Han River Operations Headquarters (e.g. extreme rainfall, severe cold warnings, Paldang Dam releases exceeding 3,000 tons per second.) You will be notified separately once the suspension is confirmed.
▶ Cancellation Criteria
1. Paldang Dam discharge restrictions
- Operations are suspended if Paldang Dam discharge exceeds 3,000m^2/sec. (Service resumes when discharge drops below 4,000m^2/sec.)
2. Limited visibility
- Operations are suspended if visibility is less than 1km due to fog, heavy rain, etc.
- Operations are suspended under storm warnings or when wind speed exceeds 14m/sec.
3. Freezing or other safety risks
- Operations are suspended in the event of ice, drifting ice, or floating debris that poses a risk to safe navigation.
