1. Select your desired rental start date and time. 

2. Complete your reservation by entering the required information.

3. Check mobile or email voucher. 

4. Arrive on time for your reservation and follow the staff's instructions.

5. Return the rented items to the same location according to the scheduled date.

※ Rental periods are calculated by dates. e.g. Renting on March 1st and returning on March 5th : purchase basic(2 nights and 3 days) + 1 day(additional purchase) (Not based on 24 hours)

Please walk toward Exit 3 of Hongik Univ. Statin →  Before you go out through Exit 3, look straight ahead at the building connected next to the escalator (Hongik Human Officetel). The Kplanz store is located there. 

1. A deposit of 300,000 KRW is required for the rental of senior products and strollers, and 150,000 KRW for the infant bed, which must be paid on-site.

The deposit will be refunded immediately upon return of the items.

2. Rentals and returns are only possible during operating hours. (Everyday 10:00 - 17:00)

3. If you are unable to return the items within the rental period, please be sure to contact us in advance.
