Seat Information

1. Purchase the product. 

2. Check mobile voucher or email voucher.

3. On the day of the tour, please arrive at the meeting place on time nad exchange your voucher for a ticket with the staff. 

Jamsil Arena Gate 내-3

1. This ticket is for Standing Area Only, no seating is available. 

2. After entering, you may move freely within your designated section.

3. All attendees must present their ticket and receive a wristband before entering. 

4. Entry and re-entry are only allowed with a valid wristband.

5. Lost or damaged wristbands cannot be replaced.

6. The unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets or wristbands is strictly prohibited.

- Picnic gear (e.g. mats, air beds, air mattresses)

- Professional photography or recording equipment (including cameras with telephoto lenses)

- Bottles (※ Only sealed water bottles up to 500ml are permitted) / Cans / Alcohol / Outside food

- The organizers and performers are not responsible for lost or stolen items inside the venue.

- The use of professional cameras or equipment with telephoto lenses is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the venue.

- Recording, live streaming, and unauthorized photo/video uploads are also forbidden.

- Anyone engaging in dangerous or disruptive behavior that may cause harm to others will removed without warning.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
