Exhibition Period

May 8, 2025 (Thursday) - November 15, 2025 (Saturday)

Operating hours

Everyday: 10:00AM - 8:00PM (Last ticket redemption and entry : 7:00PM)

1. After purchasing the ticket, check mobile or email voucher.

2. After purchase, visit on your preferred date within the valid period.

3. At the 1st floor ticket box, present your voucher for QR code verification, then exchange it for a physical ticket to enter.

* Foreigner Only Ticket: Korean visitors are not eligible to use this ticket.

1. Free Admission: Infant under 36 months (Please bring valid documentation as proof.)

2. Visitors aged 14 and above (middle school students or older) can enter without a guardian.

3. Tickets are valid for one-time entry only. Re-entry is not allowed after exiting.

4. Bringing food, drinks, and pets into the exhibition is not permitted.

5. Strollers are allowed in the exhibition.

However, since the exhibition spans from the 3rd basement floor to the 5th floor, there may be difficulties in movement. While stairs and elevators are available, congestion may cause inconvenience.

6. Wheelchairs are available for use within the exhibition. However, wheelchair rental services are not provided.

7. Photography and video recording are allowed within the exhibition, but professional equipment such as large cameras is not permitted.

8. Visitors are responsible for any injuries caused by their own negligence. The exhibition is not liable for such incidents.

9. There are no parking facilities. Please use nearby parking lots or, if possible, public transportation.

10. Used ticket are non-refundable.

11. Re-entry is not permitted after leaving the exhibition.
