1. Purchase the tour and check the email voucher. 

2. Please arrive on time on the day of your tour. 

 ※ Voucher will be sent after the operator confirms your reservation.

3. Meet the guid and enjoy the tour.

In front of Exit 12 of Samgakji Station

1. Please note that this is not a private tour. The tour will be conducted in English and joined by guests from various countries. 

2. Audio and video recording of the guide's commentary are strictly prohibited during the tour.

3. Reservation confirmations are unavailable on weekends and public holidays.

4. This tour is a walking tour. (Vehicle is not provided.)

5. If the minimum number of 4 participants is not reached at least 4 days prior to the scheduled date, the tour will be converted into a private tour with an additional charge equivalent to twice the standard rate. If you don't want to a private tour, a full refund will be issued.

6. The tour schedule is subject to change due to the bad weather, natural disasters, COVID-19-related circumstances, etc.

7. Options not included in the package can be used after making additional payments on-site.

8. Please be advised that guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions may not be able to participate in the food tour.

9. In case of non-participant due to late arrival, refunds or date changes are impossible.

- Cancellation before 3 days by 17:00(KST) : 100% Refund

- Cancellation before 2 days by 17:00(KST) : 50% Refund

- Cancellation before 1 day - Cancellation on the day of the tour : No Cancellation/No Refund

- Even if you cancel the product on the day you purchase it, it will be not refunded on the same day.
