2. Check the email voucher. 

3. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your reserved time. 

4. Present your voucher and receive the hair service.

1. All services are by reservation only, so please ensure that you arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation will be considered a No-show, and refunds will not be provided in such cases.

2. As this shop is popular with locals, it may not be possible to book your desired date and time. In such cases, our CS team will contact you directly via email or Messenger. 

3. The business hours will be extended until the last order customer's service is completed.

4. Services are available to all ages, and the price remains the same regardless of age.
