3. On the day of the tour, please arrive on time at the meeting location to meet the guide.

- This event is not available for Korea passport holders.

- The event contents may change without notice depending on the situation.

- Please bring your valid passport or foreigner registration cards with you for identification check.

- Participants must be at least 12 years of age, for those who are aged under 12 can enter the performance hall only when accompanying with their adult guardians and will be charged the same ticket price as adults.

- Seats are automatically assigned by the system and confirmed only after the tour staff completes ticketing on-site. 

- If weather conditions for special circumstances pose a risk to viewers' safety or the performance, the event may be canceled or stopped.

- Recording or photographing the show is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught violating this rule will be handled by venue security.

- Any behavior that disturbs others' viewing or threatens safety may result in immediate removal by venue security.

- Always refer to the instructions provided by the event organizers and venue staff for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

- One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk email section.

- Cancellation before 3 days(by 10:00am KST) : 100% Refundable

- Afterwards : No Refund
