4. Receive the physical ticket and redeem the QR code on the physical ticket to enter.

2. No outside food or pets allowed. (except guide dogs)
3. Visitors with allergies are advised to observe rather than participate.
4. Animal feeding requires Paca Coins. (1 coin per feeding)
5. Healing Walk with Alpacas requires a separate on-site ticket purchase.
6. Children under 36 months enter free. (passport or proof required)
7. Tickets cannot be purchased after closing time.
8. Lost & found inquiries: Call 1899-2250 for assistance.
9. Indoor exhibits are available on rainy days.

Route:

1. Take the ITX Cheongchun train from Seoul Station/Yongsan Station → Arrive at Chuncheon Station (Approx. 1 hr 15 mins)

2. Take a taxi from Chuncheon Station → Arrive at Alpaca World (Approx. 40~50 mins)

Estimated Costs: 

- ITX Train : ₩8,500~₩9,000 (One-way)

- Taxi from Chuncheon Station → Alpaca World : ₩45,000~₩50,000 (One-way)

- Total Approx. Cost: ₩55,000~₩60,000 (One-way, Per person)

- Cancellation one day before the usage date: 100% Refund

- Afterwards: No Refund

* Admission is only possible on the designated usage date when making the reservation.

* Cancellation and refund requests can only be made after confirming whether the ticket has been used.

* Tickets that have been issued are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-cancellable.

* Tickets for past usage dates cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

* If the reservation is made on the day of use, cancellation, changes, refunds are impossible.
