1. Choose your preferred date and time to make a reservation. 

2. Check mobile or email voucher.

※ Voucher will be sent after the opreator confirms your reservation. 

3. Arrive on time for your scheduled date. 

4. Present your voucher and begin your experience.

1.  As only one team is allowed per session, please visit on time, neither too early nor too late.

2. There are cats in the workshop, so if you have any allergies or are afraid of them, please let us know in advance.

3. Among the option 2.5mm / 3.8mm / 5.0mm / 7.0mm; 2.5mm / 3.8mm are provided as standard, while  5mm / 7mm will incur an additional charge.

4. Additional charge apply for options such as crystal, plating, laser engraving, and thickness options.

5. The experience is available for those aged 4 years old and above.

- Afterwards : No Refund

- If you cancel on the day of your experience, you can change your reservation once, but only if the schedule can be adjusted with the operators.
