Seat Information

By purchasing a ticket, you are considered to have agreed to the event guidlines. This information may have additional changes based on the event situation.
To avoid any inconvenience during the event, please check the guidelines before attending. 

1. Ticket booking Notice
 · This event does not allow the seat selection, and seating will be assigned randomly. You will be able to confirm your seat location when collecting your ticket on the day of the event.
 · Event is available for attendees aged 7 and above. Preschool children must be accompanied by a guardian. In this case, the guardian must also have a ticket for entry.

2. Ticket Collection Information
 · Tickets can only be collected on-site.
 · Requirements: A valid physical ID card of the ticket holder and the booking confirmation (either printed or mobile).0
 · Vaild ID card : Passport or Alien Registration Card with validity period that extends beyond the event date.
 · Only physical ID cards that have not expired will be accepted; photos, screenshots, or copies of ID cards will not be accepted.
 · Tickets can only be collected when all requirements (ID cards and booking confirmation) are presented. If any items is missing, ticket collection will not be possible.
 · Any damages caused by not bringing the requirements will be the sole responsibility of the ticket holder, and the ticket provider or event organizer will not be liable. No refunds in such cases.

3. Entry Guidelines
 · Entry is allowed 1 hour before the event start time.
 · Each person must have their own ticket. Entry will not be allowed without a ticket, regardless of the reason.
 · To prevent the illegal resale of tickets, ID verification may be conducted along with ticket checks during entry. Please ensure to bring a physical ID card.
 · To ensure smooth event proceedings, please enter 10 minutes before the start time.

4. Seat Information
 · Moving to a different seat than the one assigned on your ticket is not allowed.
 · Entry may be restricted after the event has started, and entry will only be permitted according to the instructions of the staff to smooth access.

Fan Meeting Ticket

1. Upon booking confirmation, please present your valid physical ID card and booking confirmation at the ticket counter on the day of the event to collect your ticket.

2. Entry is allowed 1 hour before the event start time.

3. Please ensure to bring both your ticket and ID card when entering.

4. Take your seat in the designated area and enjoy the event.

Life Four cuts Photo Ticket Voucher

1. After purchase ticket, please check the voucher send by email or mobile. (Check 16 digit number)

2. Visit desired store.

3. Touch the screen.

4. Select the quantity of cut and frame.

5. Select "Cash" on payment method.

6. Click the "Use Coupon" below.

※ If you want to get your photo on the mobile via QR code, please click agreement at the right side of the screen. 

7. Enter 16 digit coupon number on the voucher.

8. Enjoy your photo shooting.

How to use the QR code after photoshoot

1. Please click agreement at the right side of the screen

2. Scan the QR code placed on your printed photo.

3. Download the video and image.

※  The QR code will automatically expire 3 days after the photoshoot date.

※  The original data is stored on the server and can only be accessed by the designated representative.

1. Seat selection is unavailable, and seat will be assigned randomly. You can confirm your seat on the day of the event.

2. Without the ticket, attendance at fan meeting is impossible.

3. Tickets must be collected on-site. Please bring your passport and booking confirmation (either printed or mobile).

4. Only physical ID card that have not expired will be accepted when collecting tickets. Photos, screenshots, or copies of ID card will not be accepted.

5. If you are unable to attend the fan meeting due to personal negligence, tickets will not be refunded.

6. Beverages, other than bottled water, are not allowed inside the venue. 

7. Pets ,fireworks, or hazardous materials such as lasers or firework are not allowed inside the venue.

8. Please be mindful of your valuables. The event organizer, host, or seller will not be responsible for any loss or theft due to personal negligence.

9. The event start time, running time, and program may change based on on-site conditions. All forms of photography, video recording, audio recording, or live streaming via social media that infringe on copyright or the artist's portrait rights are strictly prohibited during the event. Any detected violations will result in the deletion of materials and may lead to ejection from the venue.

10. The images above are for reference only and may change in the stage setup without prior notice due to event direction.

11. Some seats may have obstructed views due to the stage setup.

12. Some view obstructions may occur due to the location of seats and the height of attendees. No ticket exchanges or refunds will be provided for these issues.

13. Ticket purchased from others or through additional payment are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any issues or responsibilities arising from such transactions are solely the responsibility of the parties involved, and the event organizer, collaborators, and sellers will not be held liable.

14. Life Four cuts photo ticket voucher will be sent via email 2- 3 days before the event date.

15. Life Four cuts photo ticket voucher must be used within the validity period.

16. Some Life Four cuts photo branches may not accept the ticket voucher.

17. Refunds is unavailable for used Life Four cuts photo ticket vouchers.

18. This product cannot be exchanged for cash or partially canceled.
