1. After purchase the experience, check email/mobile(application) voucher.

2. Please arrive at the experience location at least 20 minutes before.  

3. Present your voucher and fill out the boarding declaration form.

4. Follow the instructions for boarding. Please ensure you bring an ID card.

After parking at the Susan Marina parking lot, enter through Gate 3(next to the sea arbor day stela) and walk 20m : In front of ESTEBAN yacht

1. Available for 3 years old and older.

2. Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.

3. For children under 3 years old, a guardian's consent form is required.

4. Pregnant woman cannot participate in the tour.

5. Individuals with respiratory problems or a history of surgeries cannot participate in the tour.

6. Those who require hearing aids or earplugs cannot participate in the tour for the safety reasons.

7. Please be cautious if you have any general disease or are in poor physical or mental condition, and please inquire when you making a reservation.

8. Wearing a life jacket is mandatory, and please avoid individual activities in areas without safety guards.

9. Those who are hungover or have consumed alcohol on the day of the tour cannot participate.

10. You may denied participation if your health condition poses any risks.

(Portable infant seats are allowed, but they cannot be fixed, so guardian's supervision is required.)

13. When purchasing 2 paid tickets, free tickets are provided for preschool children and those aged 75 and above.  (Please bring a passport or ID card.)
