1. Purchase your desired option.

2. Check mobile voucher or email voucher. 

3. Visit on your desired date within 30 days of purchase.

4. Select your preferred language at the kiosk, scan the QR code, and print your ticket.

5. Show the printed ticket to the staff at the ticket counter.

6. Collect your key and Jjimjil clothes, and enjoy your experience!

Exit through Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station exit no.14 and enter the Good Morning City building on your left. → Enter through Gate 1 and take the elevator down to the B3F (The escalator is not operating).

1. Minors can enter only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

2. Re-entry is not allowed once you have entered.

3. Children are defined as preschool-aged children.

4. There is no charge for children under 24 months.

5. Bring alcohol or food is prohibited.

6. Pets are not allowed.

7. Except for infants, boys over 105cm in height (5 years old and older) are not permitted to enter the women's bath. (The same applies to girls.)

8. Entry is restricted for individuals who may pose a risk to others, such as those with mental illnesses, infectious skin diseases, or excessive drinker. 

9. During night time (22:00-05:00), unaccompanied minors will have restricted use.

10. An additional fee will be charged if you stay beyond 24 hours.

11. Please be cautious of theft due to the lost key. Valuables must be stored at the counter, as we are not responsible for items lost or stolen due to personal negligence. A compensation fee of 20,000 KRW will be required for lost key. 

12. Large items taht cannot be stored in the locker room should be checked and receive a confirmation ticket at the counter and stored in the designated area.

13. The luggage storage service allows you to store large items, such as suitcases, before entering and retrieve them after going out.

Based on your payment time, you can use this service for 24 hours, feel free to store your luggage and return to use the remaining time!

14. 3 hours of free parking is provided. Please register for free parking at the desk before exit. (After 3 hours, a fee of 1,500 KRW will be charged every 30 minutes).

15. Cleaning time is from 01:00 to 03:00, during which the body scrub service is unavailable.

16. You must bring your own shampoo and conditioner or purchase disposable products for use in the sauna.
