1. The entrance and the last ticket redemption time is 17:00

2. Museum entry is only allowed for those holding the same-day tickets, and re-entry after exiting is not permitted.

3. Refunds are unavailable due to the visitor's circumstances after entering the museum.

4. For the first time in Korea, the Busan Museum of Movies offers a mobile audio guide service using Internet of Things (IoT) recognition technologies (beacon, NFC, image, sound) for its exhibits and experience facilities. (Audio guides are available in Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese)

5. For safety reasons, please refrain from wearing or carrying wheeled shoes, inline skates, scooters, etc.

6. Pets, except for guide dogs for the visually impaired, are not allowed inside the museum.

7. Food and beverages are not allowed inside the museum's exhibition halls.
