1. Enter the required information and complete your reservation for the desired date.

2. Confirm the assigned driver's information via email.  

3. On the day of your reservation, meet your driver at your accommodation or the airport arrival hall, and move to your desired location.

1. The assignment of your driver may be slightly delayed. However, you will received the information by the day before your reservation, so please make sure to check it. 

2. Passenger capacity : 4 people (Maximum 5 people) / Luggage : We recommend a maximum of 4 pieces of 24 inch carry-on luggage. 

3. For airport pickup, please consider approximately 1 hour after your flight's landing time when booking the vehicle.

- If you arrive early : You can use the airport facilities until your designated pickup time and then proceed the pickup point. The driver may arrive up to 20 minutes early according to the schedule but generally aims to arrive on time. 

- If your arrival is delayed : We understand that flight delays or baggage issues may occur. Therefore, the driver can wait for up to 1 hour beyond your scheduled time. However, additional waiting requests beyond 1 hour are impossible. If you do not board the vehicle after waiting for 1 hour, it will be considered a No-Show and no refund will be issued. Please contact CS center as soon as you receive notification of any flight schedule changes. 

4. Depending on the situation, the vehicle model may change unexpectedly. In this case, we will contact you via email or messenger with tehe updated driver information.

5. For airport pickup, please collect your USIM or Wi-Fi after meeting your driver at the airport.

6. For airport sending, teh accommodation name and address must match.

7. Same-day reservation is impossible.

- Cancellation until 1 day by 16:59PM(KST) prior to the experienced date : 100% Refundable
