※ Please stand around the station exit, then the guide will check you.

※ If you don’t see any staff, please search for the staff or bus with a banner of "K TOUR"!

1. Itinerary may change depending on weather / traffic condition.

2. Please inform us if you will be bring a baby stroller or wheelchair. (op@seoulpass.kr)

3. If the minimum number of pac are not made, tour will be cancelled automaticlaly. In this case, our CS Team will contact you via email.

4. The operation time may change depending on the opening period of the Ski Resort.

5. Infant (0-2 years old) is free, but no provided seats in the bus. (Except Snowsled Option)

6. While not mandatory, it is recommended to purchase accident/travel insurance before joining this activity. 

7. Please take responsibility for your personal belongings as we will not be liable for any loses during the trip.

8. Due to the safety and equipment size issue, ski option is only available for children over 7 years old.

9. We recommend inquiring about the availability of child equipment sizes before making a reservation.

10. It is hard for children to practice with other people in the skiing area together, special attention to safety is required.

11. Non-ski and shuttle passengers will arrive at the ski cothing & equipment rental shop with the ski group. They will need to wait for the ski travelers to change into ski clothing & equipment.

Explain Ski equipment → How to stand up when you fall down → Basic pose→ How to turn direction and stop

13. Rental Shop additional option price

- Goggle / Helment Rental 10,000 KRW for each

- Knees & Hip Pads Rental 15,000 KRW

- Ski Gloves Purchase KRW 20,000

14. Please note that it is mandatory to wear a helmet if you enjoy skiing or snowboarding (a fee of 10,000 KRW payable on-site in cash)

15.  One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk email section.

3. Please be on time at the meeting place on the day of the tour and meet with the guide.
