1. Please arrive 5 minutes before departure. 

2. The schedule may change depending on traffic conditions and weather. 

3. If you have a stroller or wheelchair, please contact us in advance. 

4. Infants under 36 months are free to board, but no seat occupancy.

5. If a reservation is impossible on a reservation date and time depending on the operator's situation, our CS team will contact you via email.
