[Rental Equipment Pickup Process]

1. Please wait at the meeting point, and a staff will arrvie within 5 minutes. (During operating hours, staff will be stationed near the meeting point. Please wait a moment.)

2. Please inform the staff of the service you have reserved.

3. Rental items cannot be picked up or returned outside of operating hours.


[Rental Equipment Return Process]

1. Please check the rental package to ensure no items are missing.

2. If any items or components are missing, please contact us before returning the equipment.

3. Wait at the meeting point, and a staff member will come to collect the equipment. You can also return it directly to the staff.

4. Rental items cannot be picked up or returned outside of operating hours.

How to use

※ Luggage storage/rental services are not available for storage/pick-up or return outside of operating hours.

Customers using Incheon Airport T1 between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM, please contact the CS channel for separate inquiries.


1. Select your desired date and time.
2. Complete the reservation by entering the required information.
3. Check mobile voucher or email voucher.
※ Voucher will be sent after the operator confirms your reservation.

4.  Please fill out the form after you complete the reservation. The reservation will be finalized upon the form confirmation of the operator. - The form must be completed at least one day in advance, and you must receive confirmation from the operator to use the service. If your passport copy is not confirmed, you may refuse to use this service on-site. https://forms.gle/EhSjACzazLqWCom59

* If the form is not completed before the visit, there may be a wait time of over 1 hour for pickup, or other issues may arise.

※ Google Form must be submitted by 1:00 PM the day before the rental date. (If not submitted or submitted after the deadline, the product can only be picked up at T1.)

5. Please visit on time and follow the staff's guidance.
6. Please return the rental equipment to the same place according to the schedule you've purchased.
※ Rental period is based on date. e.g. If you want to start rental on the 1st of March and return to 5th of March, purchase 5 days (Not 24 hours based)

1.  If the rental equipment is damaged/lost, please contact the CS center.

2. If the equipment is not returned without prior contact, corresponding action will be taken.

3. To change the pickup time, you must contact CS center by 6PM(KST) the day before the pickup date. 

4. To change the pickup terminal, you must contact CS center by 6PM(KST) the day before the pickup date. 

5. Requests to change the pickup terminal or pickup time cannot be made on the day of pickup.

6. Pickup and return are available at both T1 and T2, and returns must be made during the operating hours.

※ Google Form must be submitted by 1:00 PM the day before the rental date. (If not submitted or submitted after the deadline, the product can only be picked up at T1.)

7. The minimum number of days to rent is from 3 days.(You can rent it for 1 to 2 days if you pay for 3 days.)

8. Operating hours : 5am - 10pm(T2) / 5am - 11pm(T1).

9.  Please fill out the form after you complete the reservation. [Lost, damaged will be charged]

• We do not charge for repairs in the case of Life scratches and general contamination.

• In case of loss or irreparable damage to the product during rental, we charge 100% of the product sales price.

• For transparency in billing, we are sending you the purchase receipt.

Refund policy

• 100% refund if canceled by 24 (KST), 2 day(s) before travel date
• 50% refund if canceled by 24 (KST), 1 day(s) before travel date
• No refunds will be issued after the period specified above.
• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
※ No-show due to the particular situation (flight delay or cancellation) : 100% Refund

到着時、営業時間内にも関わらず誰もいませんでした。カウンターに常時いるという記載ですがカウンターが無数に並んでおり、どこのカウンターかも最後までわかりませんでした。到着後ネット環境も安定せず連絡手段が無く、待つしかありませんでした。ネット環境が整い、到着した事をお伝えしましたが5分以内に来るという記載があるものの来るまで時間を要しました。到着便が30分程遅れた事も原因の一つかと思いますが、delayがわかるように便名まで申告してあるのですから、そこは確認して受け渡し出来る様に待機するべきかと思います。到着後、空港鉄道を予約している方、HOTEL送迎を予約している方などは注意が必要です。良い点としては、落ち合えればすぐに受け渡し完了します。返却も同様にスムーズです。用意して頂いたベビーカーもとても使いやすく便利でした。総評として、今後他の候補が無ければリピートします。お借り出来たおかげで旅行が快適でした。ありがとうございます。
