1. Please arrive 5 minutes before the departure time.

2. The schedule can be changed depending on the traffic conditions and weather.

3. If you have a stroller or wheelchair, please contact us in advance. 

4. Infants under 36 months are allowed to board for free, but no separate seat occupancy.

5. If the reservation is impossible depending on the operator's situation, our CS team will contact you via email.

6. Please note that the dolphin show is temporarily closed for maintenance until January. During this period, we will visit the nearby Whale Museum or an alternative location.

7. One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk email section.
