1. Please arrive 5 minutes before the departure time.

2. The schedule can be changed depending on the traffic conditions and weather.

3. If you havea stroller or wheelchair, please contact us in advance. 

4. Infants under 36 months are allowed to board for free, but no separte seats occupancy.

5. If the reservation is impossible depending on the operator's situation, our CS team will contact you via email.

6. One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk email section.

7. Participation in this tour requires a minimum of 4 people. The tour may be canceled if the minimum number is not met.
