- Use Area (Provider) : Korea 4G (SKT)
- Expiration Date : 90 days from the date of purchase
- Per day based : The 24-hour period is calculated from the time of activation (local network connection).
- The usage period starts immediately upon installation (QR scan) in Korea. Be sure to use it according to the actual start date.

1. After purchasing, the operator will send you eSIM within 48 hours. Please check mobile voucher or email voucher.

* The email will include the eSIM usage instructions, registration method, QR code, and other relevant information, so please refer to it.

2. You can use it after registering QR Code in the voucher on your device according to the guidance. 

[Supported Devices]

- It can only be used in models equipped with eSIM modules on the device.

- Refunds and compensations are impossible due to incompatibility reasons. Please make sure to check your device modules before purchasing.

- Available devices can be added in the future according to the device manufacturer's policy.

- You cannot use the eSIM service on terminals with country lock. Please use eSIM after releasing the country lock.

▶How to check eSIM modules are equipped◀

① On the dial screen, *#06#> If the device information has an EID, eSIM can be used

② Setting > Celluar (Connection) > Celluar Plan (SIM Manager) - if there is  'Add eSIM', eSIM can be used

- Please check whether your device is an eSIM service supported model before purchasing it.

- After purchase, QR code will be sent via email. After sending QR code or scanning QR code, exchange or refund is impossible.

- If you delete the registered cellular plan after scanning QR code, you cannot use eSIM. Please maintain the celluar plan until the end of use.

  ※ Deleted eSIM cannot be re-registered/restored/reissued.

- Please change the Data roaming of the domestic provider to OFF before the departure to prevent the addtional roaming coast due to the incorrect manipulation.

- To register eSIM on your device, cellular or Wi-Fi conncetion is required.

- Existing VPN may affect the use of eSIM, we recommended to delete the VPN before using eSIM. 

- Depending on the local provider's environment, data using may not be smooth in some regions,

  Depending on the model of your device, if it does not match the frequency band of the local provider's, it may connected to 3G or 2G.

- It is recommended to install and use it after arriving in Korea.

※ Refund is impossible in the following cases.

* If it cannot be used due to the USIM lock is not released

* If it cannot be used due to the mobile phone protection service is not released

* In case of eSIM error occured in local  ※ If you retrun your home without contacting the CS center while maintaining the eSIM registered status

* If it cannot be used due to the network inspection by local providers, natural disasters, or other reasons
