[Seoul] Discover Seoul Pass Mobile

[How to book/register Mobile Discover Seoul Pass]

1. After purchase your desired option, please check for the voucher via email.

2. Download Discover Seoul Pass application. (Google Play, App Store) 

3. Tap "Pass Registration" on the "More" tab.

4. Select "Register Mobile Pass" and enter the activated code(reservation number) on the voucher.

5. Your pass will be activated(initiate the countdown) when you use its first free benefit. (Including AREX, K limousine, Ttareungi bike).

※ Voucher is not a direct admission ticket. Please download the app and register your voucher before you visit the tourist attractions.

1. Pass will be activated(initiate the countdown) when you use its first benefit (Including AREX, K-Limousine, and Ttareungi bike). 

[e.g.] With the 48-hour Discover Seoul Pass, if you use first benefits such as free tourist attractions, and free transportation(e.g. AREX, K Limousine) at 9 am on Jan 1st, the pass benefit will be activated until 8:59 am on Jan 3rd. Attraction tickets are available for exchange during the pass expiration period(48/72/120 hours).

2. When you visit a tourist site using Discover Seoul Pass, you must present the registered QR code in the application. 

3. Each attraction's operating hours and holidays can be changed due to each attraction's schedule. Please check the notice related to the operation on the website or smartphone application before visiting.→ Attraction Info

4. The pass is valid for 5 years from the date of issuance.

5. Mobile Pass is available through mobile applications, it does not require pick-up.(not including transportation card function, Rail+, T-money).

6. Discover Seoul Pass is exclusively for foreigners. Korean citizens cannot use it. 

7. Discover Seoul Pass is for individuals, not for groups. If more than 10 try to use DSP, it may not be allowed to enter attractions with it.  

8. If your smartphone is connected to a wireless network, the application functions normally. However, if your phone is connected to the Internet, please delete the application and reinstall it. Even if it does not work after the reinstallation, please contact the Discover Seoul Pass CS Center (Call :+82-2-1644-1060).

9. For those who are visiting Lotte World, please go to the South gate "foreign ticket booth" to redeem the physical ticket.

•  Unused Pass is refundable up to 30 days after purchase

- Once you have used the Pass to enter a tourist attraction or use related services, No Refund

- If you registered it on the application and did not use it, the pass is refundable for up to 30 days

• Partial Refund and Partial Cancellation is impossible
