1. Each luggage cannot exceed 30kg.
2. The value of each luggage cannot exceed 500,000 KRW.
3. To ensure accurate information, please check the details and location provided in the separate email sent by the operator after your reservation, and submit the Google Form.

4. Cash, credit card, passport, ID card, and expensive items cannot be delivered.
5. Fragile or easy to corrupt items cannot be delivered.
6. Delivery of medicines, chemicals may be rejected.
7. Delivery of Tablet PC, Lap top computer, etc. may be rejected.
8. Delivery of golf bag, instruments, and artworks may be rejected or additional charges may be incurred.
9. Compensation limit for damage/loss of luggages is 500,000 KRW. However, the compensation amount is calculated based on the price of bag itself, not the goods in the bag.
10. In the case of departure from the airport, delivery is impossible when visiting after 15:00 (or the next day delivery is possible), and in this case, refund is impossible.
