1. Vouchers may be delayed due to time for matching a driver to you. However, we definitely send you at most a day before or in the morning on the reservation day, so please check your email.
2. The Carrier allowance piece is 1 carrier per 1 person, However, if the people who are getting in the car fewer than the maximum number of people, you can load up the carrier as much as the number of Maximum people. (e.g. If the 4 people getting in the car which allowed a maximum number of 8 seaters, then 4 pieces + additional 4 pieces) Please note that the seat space may be narrowed depending on the number and size of the carriers, so you might be able to move uncomfortably once you load up the many pieces of carriers. Please contact the CS Team in advance if the carrier size is much bigger and many than any other basic carriers.
3. The driver will calculate all the time, including custom check and baggage claim, and meet you at the arrival hall.
4. The vehicle may change suddenly depending on the circumstances. In this case, we will send you the changed information via email or messenger.
5. Additional destinations may incur an additional charge of 5,000 KRW (purchase on-site).
6. For Airport Pick-up, you should contact us or the driver in advance if your flight is delayed. If you are 2 ~ 3 hours late without prior contact, it is considered as No Show and cannot be refunded.
7. For Airport pickup, you should redeem the SIM card or WiFi after meeting with the driver at the airport.
8. For Airport Sending, the accommodation name and address must match.
