1. Ticket office will open an hour before the show starts. 

2. Photography, video recording, and voice recording are prohibited during the show.

3. Seats will be  assigned in the order of reservation. You can check the location of the seats when you receive the tickets on the day of the show.

4. Child under 36 months can enter free of charge with their guardians, but no separate seat occupancy. Please bring a document that can confirm the age.

5. You can enter the concert hall 30 minutes before the show time.

6. Food is not allowed in the concert hall (except water).

7. If you arrive after the start of the show, you can enter only at the specific time according to the staff, and you may be guided to a seat other than your own.
