1. Make the reservation after choosing the desired date and time.

※ A voucher will be sent right after your booking is confirmed.

2. Please make sure to arrive(Main Building No.107) at least 20 minutes before reservation time.

3. Present the voucher to the staff and fill out the boarding report.

4. You will get board according to the instructions and then experience yatch tour.

• Subway: 15 minutes walk from Exit 3 of Dongbaek Station on Line 2.

• Bus: Gyeongnam Marina Apartment Station (No. 139,307,1003) / City Tour Bus 3 minutes walk

1. You must arrive at the venue(Main Building No.107)  20 minutes before the tour starts. (Must bring ID card)

2. Infants under 36 months are free of charge. Please must bring a passport.

3. Available to experience all ages especially infants ride with a guardian, and you can ride without a guardian from the age of 18 or older.

4. In the case of weather/special situations on the day of the experience, you may not be able to experience it for safety reasons. In this case, you can get a 100% refund.

5. It operates normally in case of rain. However, if the yacht is canceled due to bad weather, we will proceed with a  100% refund.

6. If you have severe nausea, the operator provides free medicine if you request it in advance.

7. If you have a pet cage, you can bring your dog.(Available to board with a pet for free)

8. You must wear a life vest when boarding, and if you are using a wheelchair, please let me know in advance.

9. Smoking is prohibited on the yacht. If you are caught smoking, you may be fined on-site.

10. You can bring in simple drinks except for food.

11. You cannot board if you are drunk.

• Cancellation 5 days before 5PM(KST) : 100% Refund

• Cancellation 3~4 days before 5PM(KST) : 50% Refund

• Cancellation 1 ~2 days before 5PM(KST) : 30% Refund

• Cancellation after : No Refund

• When refunds are available on the day : only when canceled from the operators due to the weather conditions.
