1. Depending on the weather/traffic situdation, the schedule may change.

2. If you are carrying a stroller or wheelchair, please inform us in advance. (op@seoulpass.kr)

3. If the minimum number of people are not gathered, the tour will be canceld automatically. In this case, our CS team will contact you via email. 

4. Operating period may change depending on the opening period of ski resort. 

5. Infants (0~2 years old) are free and no seats occupancy.

6. It is not a mandatory, but we recommend you to register an accident/traveler insurance before the tour. 

7. We do not responsible for the lost during the tour, please be aware of handling personal belongings. 

8. Ski Option only availble over 7 years old due to the safety and equipment size. 

9. We recommend you the check the availability of the equipment size for children before you make a reservation. 

10. Children is difficult to practice with other people in the ski fleid, please be aware of safety. 

11. Passengers who are not skiing and shuttle passengers will arrive at the ski clothing rental shop with the ski group. They will need to wait until the skiers have changed into their ski clothing.

12. One hour Basic Ski Lesson Schedule

- Introduce Ski equipments → How to stand up after fall down → Basic movement → How to change direction and stop

13. Rental Shop additional option price

- Goggles/Helmet 10,000 KRW each

- Ski gloves purchase 18,000 KRW

- 5 hours Lift ticket : 60,000 KRW (Cash, on-site purchase to the staff)

14 . Please note that only the beginner slopewill be open this year.

15. One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk email section.

3. Please be on time at the meeting place on the day of your tour and meet with the guide.
