1. Make the reservation on the date and time of your choice.

2. Check the voucher sent to the email/mobile phone.

 ※ A voucher will be sent right after your booking is confirmed.

3. Arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time on the day of the reservation and show the voucher to the staff.

4. Enjoy the experience.

1. You will be notified by the Travolution Inc. CS Team via email/phone call if the tour is unavailable on the day you desire.

2. The venue is operating by advance reservation.

4. Parking lot space is small. Please inform the operator in advance if you bring a car.

6. Wash your hand before experience must be required.

• Cancellation 2 Days before 5PM( KST): 70% refund

• Cancellation 1 Day before 5PM( KST): 50% refund
