1. If the tour is canceled due to the company's circumstances, we will inform you by email 1~2 days in advance.
2. The tour continues even in case of rain, and refunds due to rain are not allowed during the tour.
3. Since this tour is not a private tour, it will be held with multinational guests, but the guide language will be proceed in English.
4. We use a personal wireless transceiver, so please prepare personal earphones (3.5 mm).
5. During the tour, commentator's commentary recording and video filming are not possible.
6. Pets are not allowed, and there is no space for pets.
7. Children under the age of 4 can tour for free (Passport required).
8. You can make a reservation for one person, but if there are less than 4 people participating in the tour, the tour will be automatically canceled. In this case, we will inform you by email a day in advance.
